Shipping policy

Please be sure to include apartment and/ or suite number if applicable. 



We only ship to billing addresses, all orders with different shipping addresses will be cancelled.



Allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, after order is processed allow 3-5 business days (standard shipping) to receive items. 


Signature is required at the time of delivery.
 FEDEX will make 3-4 attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact FEDEX directly. SOVOGUE BOUTIQUE does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered.

Do not place last minute orders, Please give yourself time to ensure that you receive your products before any important events. We are not responsible for any late packages that are out of our control. 


All sales are FINAL. There are absolutely NO refunds & exchanges.
